TEAM TSEMPA
TSEMPA believes in working in teams to achieve its goals, and in steward leadership.
Our teams have two important roles to play,: one being towards our customers and the other being towards the valuable teams of TSEMPA.
1. Our teams work hard to make sure each of our customers succeeds and that we give them personalized services through every product that we sell.
2. Our journey in business operations is similar to a mountaineering team, each one has to make sure themselves and their teammates succeed in their ascent, and also in their descent.
We have teams who are working in various organisational roles, and a team leader who reviews workforce performances, to enable our important and professional TSEMPA teams to understand, and indeed, to achieve their goals in providing excellent customer service.
